Moms say it came at exactly the right time

"She gives parents a spiritual and emotional boost, organized into an A to Z format, encompassing such issues as trusting your instincts, conquering negativity, and letting go. Her advice for communicating with hospital staff and taking care of oneself is elegant and on target." Library Journal, on Preemie Parents

"Tami Gaines does a phenomenal job of giving life to the emotional and spiritual journey we, as parents of premature babies, endure. She guides you through a place where no one wants to be, and leads you to a destination of hope, calm and comfort."

Stephanie Brady, mother of premature twins

"I had a twenty-four-weeker named Ali. I was given your book by the March of Dimes support person at Capital Health System in Trenton, New Jersey. This was one of the worst experiences of my life and your book came at the right time."

For hospitals and care teams

A new way to support your patients on bedrest

Your antepartum patients spend weeks in a hospital bed, away from home, family, and everything familiar. They’re anxious, bored, and often lonely.

Introducing Care Team E-Cards: beautifully illustrated cards your nurses send to patients in under a minute, co-branded with your hospital. Each one tells her she’s seen, she’s not alone, and her care team is with her. And when her baby is in the NICU, our Preemie Parents cards keep that support going.

Almost nothing like this exists for patients on bedrest. Your hospital can be one of the first to offer it.

Choose your license

From your care team at Your Hospital

“We’re so proud of you for reaching 30 weeks. We’re here for you, every step of the way.”

Your nurses on 4 West

Everything your team needs, nothing it doesn’t

Co-branded with your hospital

Every card arrives “From your care team at” your hospital, so the kindness is clearly yours.

Made for bedrest, and nothing else like it

Illustrated cards created by a mom who spent six weeks on hospitalized bedrest. Your patients won’t find these anywhere else.

Turnkey. No IT required

There’s no software to install and nothing to integrate. We set everything up and send your team one private link.

Under a minute to send

Choose a design, add her name and email, write a short note, and press send. That’s it.

We handle delivery

Your nurses never touch an email system. We deliver every card, beautifully, in minutes.

A meaningful moment for your nurses

A simple way for your team to show care, even on the busiest shift. It means a lot to the people giving it, too.

Respectful of patient privacy

Patient details are used only to deliver her card. They’re never sold or added to any mailing list.

A yearly impact report

See how many patients your team reached, ready to share with leadership and your patient experience team.

One simple annual license

No per-card invoices or surprise bills. We’ll let you know before you get close to your limit.

Questions care teams ask us

Will this take time away from patient care?

No. Sending a card takes less than a minute, and there’s nothing to print, address, or mail. Many nurses send one at the start of a stay and another at a milestone, like reaching 28 or 34 weeks.

Do we need IT or a new system?

No. There’s nothing to install or integrate. Your team uses a private web page that works on any computer, tablet, or phone.

What about patient privacy?

A patient’s name and email are used only to deliver her card. We never sell them or add them to a mailing list. Every card simply invites her to join our community if she chooses. We’re glad to work with your compliance team on any requirements.

How do we choose a license?

Licenses come in three sizes, so you choose the number of cards that fits your team. One license covers every unit that cares for antepartum patients and NICU families.

What happens if we run out of cards?

You won’t be caught off guard. We’ll let you know as you get close to your limit, with easy options to keep sending.

Can we use them in the NICU?

Yes. Every license includes both collections: bedrest cards for your antepartum patients and Preemie Parents cards written for families in the NICU.

Choose the license that fits your hospital

Pick the size that fits how many patients and families your team supports, from bedside care to NICU follow-up and alumni events. You’ll see pricing and complete your purchase on the next page, and your team can start sending the same week.

Tami C. Gaines

I've been in that bed, and in that NICU

I was in and out of the hospital for weeks before I was finally placed on hospitalized bedrest for six weeks. Then my twins arrived at 25 weeks, and we spent the next 18 months in the NICU. I know the waiting. I know the worry. I know how long one afternoon can feel.

Doctors, nurses, and other parents kept asking me to share what got me through, so I did. Preemie Parents came first. Then the bedrest book, the card deck, and the e-cards, because support should start before the NICU, in the bed where so many of us wait.

Everything here is what I wish someone had handed me then. Now I'm handing it to you.
